Acting consciously Bambuddha chooses organically, locally and sustainably produced products. The seafood is acquired from well-managed wild fisheries & fish farms and locally wild caught whenever possible. Also, the meat is organic and comes from Spain.
A collaboration with the House of Herbs, an ecological farm located on the island, allows Bambuddha to grow its own herbs and vegetables on demand. Most of the ingredients found on the menu such as the Thai basil, lemongrass, parsley, coriander and vegetables such as kale, aubergine, tomatoes, onion and chillies are grown just a few kilometers from the restaurant. House of Herbs focuses on produce products that before were near to impossible to find fresh and in good quality on the island and they do not use any artificial fertilizers and chemical pesticides.
We recommend ordering 3 dishes per person or to allow the waiter in charge to design a menu suitable for you according to preferences. The aim is to allow you to enjoy our MediterrAsian fusion cuisine with a twist of ancient and modern dining experience.
